1. How To Order ?
A: Step 1, please tell us what model and quantity you need;
Step 2, then we will make a PI for you to confirm the order details;
Step 3, when we confirmed everything, can arrange the payment;
Step 4, finally we deliver the goods within the stipulated time.
2.How is your package ? Can I give you my design ?
A:K=K five layer standard waterproof brown or white carton with foam for exparation .also design the package as you want, including the color ,logo and all details .
3.Are you factory?
A. Yes, we are factory. We have our own molding and producing workshops, including brass lost wax workshop, brass casting workshop, hardware workshop, lamp shade workshop and painting workshop. All things are controlled by ourselves.
4. Do you accept sample order?
A.Yes, we accept sample order. We understand that many clients need to get sample for quality check.but sample charge is required.
5.How to deal with the faulty?
A.First, our products are produced strictly according to the ISO quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%. Secondly, during the guarantee period we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
6.How to ensure product quality?
A: Our factory will inspect each lamp 4 times. At the same time, we have a professional quality control team responsible for checking and controlling all orders from raw materials to finished products. All products will undergo a high-pot test and lighting aging test .
7.:What is your payment terms?
A:40% deposit, 70% balance pay before shipment.
8.Is it OK to print my logo on the products?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
