Q2: What's your main market?
A: Our main market is North America, Europe, Asia (Japan, Korea), and domestic.

Q3: What if I want to customise the device for my own brand in my country, is that work?
A: Yes, it's available. When your order is less than 1000 units, the customizable range will be language, outside logo, boot screen logo, and functions. If your order is more than 1000 units, the device appearance can be also customized.

Q4: About the after-sales service
A: Send new products to replace the failed units. (But customers must feedback us the pictures and videos to prove it's our         quality problem.)

Q5: Can I get a free sample?
A: Nope, but we can refund you the sample fee when you place the formal order.

Q6: How many days it will cost for preparing a sample?
A: Usually 3-5 days because we need to consider the weekend and shipping time from my company to the shipper's warehouse.

A: We recommend using your handset once a week for the first 12 weeks.
     After this period use your handset once a month, for 3 months or until satisfied.
     To maintain hairless smooth skin, use your handset once every 2 to 3 months, or as needed.

Q11:  How many years will this product last?
 A: Our IPL Laser handsets have 999999 flashes, which will last well over 10 years if used as directed.
 
Q12:  How strong is this product and what is the energy output?
A: Our handsets have an energy output of 1.5~3.9J/cm2 which means it is ideal for hair removal and is also approved for safe and effective at-home use.
 
Q13:  Which areas of my body can I use this on?
A: You can use your handset on your entire body, including your Brazilian and face (just be sure to not get too close to your eyes).
 
Q14: Can I use this product before or after tanning?
A: If you have recently been tanning, we recommend waiting 2 weeks before using.

Q15: Payment & Delivery
A: For Sample order: The delivery time for a sample order is normally 3-7 working days after full payment is received.
                                      And samples be sent via DHL, UPS, TNT, and FedEx express.
     For bulk orders:  it's about 7~15 working days after the deposit is received And shipment is by express or by air / by sea normally.
     Payment:  1. Payment method: T/T.
                        2. For sample orders, full payment is after the order is confirmed. For bulk orders, 50% deposit, 50% balance before delivery.
