This electric motorcycle scooter features 20-inch wheels and is powered by a 48V 10.4Ah lithium battery, making it an excellent high-speed alternative to traditional mountain bikes. It offers versatility with three modes of operation: as an ordinary bike, purely by battery power, or with power assistance.
1. What's the advantage of an electric bike? The electric bike offers three modes: ordinary bike mode, pure battery power mode, and power assistance mode, providing flexibility in driving.
2. What colors are available? Colors are customizable based on customer requirements and designs.
3. Can you add our logo or brand to the bikes? Yes, we can add logos or brands for orders of more than 50 pieces at no extra cost. For smaller orders, a $150 fee applies, which is refundable once orders reach 50 pieces.
4. Can I order samples to check quality? Yes, samples can be ordered, but full charges for samples and shipping apply.
5. Can you deliver samples by DHL or Fedex? No, due to the weight and size of electric bikes, international shipping via DHL or Fedex is prohibitively expensive. We recommend local delivery at the destination.
6. Can you change the configuration for me? Yes, configurations can be changed based on your request, though additional costs may apply.
7. What's your payment term? Payment terms are TT or LC at sight.
Warranty: Motor, frame, front fork, charger, and lithium battery are covered for 12 months; lead-acid battery for 6 months. We also offer free spare parts worth 1% of the order value, with a recommendation to choose electric spare parts due to higher chances of wear and tear.
Display features include a battery indicator, 5 levels of PAS, and front and rear light controls.
