A: Yes, you can get free sample from our existing products.
Q: Can I get the sample designed by myself?
A: Of course, and we will return the sample fee back to you after mass production.
Q: Can I print our own logo and choose color?
A: Sure.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Usually our MOQ is 100 pcs for custom logo. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order.
Q: How much the transportation freight will be?
A: The freight depends on the weight & packing size and your area.
Q: How to place the order?
A: Please tell us requirements you need, like color, quantity and if print logo on it ,then we will make the PI for you, after you get the PI you can pay for your order.
Q: What payment do you accept?
A: We can accept Paypal, Western Union and T/T etc. you can choose any one of them.
Q:What is the LEAD TIME of the goods?
A: Usually 2-3 days for sample or small orders,10-15 days for bulk orders. Depends on the requirements and your quantity.
Q:What is the shipping methods?
A:We usually ship the goods by DHL, FEDEX, UPS, Sea freight etc, also you can choose the other way that best for you.
Q:When will you ship out the item and can I have the tracking NO.?
A:The Item will be shipped within 2-3 working days upon payment received(Holidays excluded), and of course, tracking will be updated to you ASAP.
