A: Don' t worry, the machine equips touch screen the operators could set up the program on that and we will provide customers with videos of using guidance and English user's manuals. Q:What's your MOQ and delivery?
A:Our MOQ is 1 set machine.
Q: What about the warrant?
A: We provide 12 month warranty since the machine arrived, free charge of spare parts, regular maintenance service and free only technical service.
Q: What about the shipment and package, if it damage during shipping?
A: The machine will be packed by multi-layer of bubble wrap and machine will be stabled by strong steel wire in the container to avoid the damage.
Q: What kind of payment does you company support?
