A: We are a factory with an export license
2. Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China, about 4 hours bus ride from Shanghai.All our clients, from
home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!
3. Q: Can you do OEM?
A: Yes, we can do OEM products. It's no problem.
4. Q: How can I get some samples?
A:1, We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, the samples are free for you, and this
charge will be deducted from the payment for the formal order.
2, Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange an RPI (remote pick-up) service via FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples
collected; or inform us of your DHL collection account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company.
5. Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: "Quality is a priority? we always attach great importance to quality control from beginning to end:
1). All raw materials we used are environmental-friendly;
2). Skilful workers care about every detail in handling the producing and packing processes;
3). Quality Control Department is specially responsible for quality checking in each process.
