Q1: How many pieces hair do I need?
A: For hair wefts, 3pcs for 10-22inch, 4pcs for 24-40inch. If you want to get a very full look, you might need another pack. If you are getting fusion or micro then you will need to consult your stylist.
Q2: How long does it last?
A: This hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it for it to last longer. If you take good care of the hair, it last for 1-2 year.
Q3: Why my hair getting tangled?
A: It could be caused by dry hair. Please make sure to wash&condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Comb the hair from time to time. And also you could go to your stylist for further suggestions.
Q4: Can they be straightened,dyed, curled ?
A:Yes you could use hair straightener or hair curler to style the virgin human hair . However, don't do it too frequently, or the heat will make the hair easily get dry and tangled.
Q5: Why the colors or style of hair do not seems exactly as the pictures show or description says?
For the hair color, because our wigs are hand-made, the actual color may be slightly diffrent depending on the light and batch, it's common that the color has a little difference with pics showing here. We will do the wig as close as possible, please understand and notice!
For hair style, our stylist make new wigs for all new orders, the style will be a little diffrent with the pics here. But our stylist will do best to do the wig as close as the pic.
Q6: How long take delivery?
A:We ship the parcel by Fedex, UPS or DHL. Normally need about 2~3 workdays to USA. 3~4 workdays to UK. And 5~6 workdays to Africa and other countries.
Q7: What is your payment terms?
A: we accept western union, money gram ,TT and paypal. If you pay via western union or money gram, pls kindly check send us the MTCN. We also need your receiver name, address, phone number, zip code, email, so that we can delivery our hair for you at first time when we receive your full payment.
Q8: how about the return policy?
A:1. Return/Refund is accepted within 7 days after received the goods; please contact us first and return the goods according to the return address.
2. To avoid delivery lost, return should be arranged by Fedex, UPS or DHL, and the shipping fees of return should be paid by the buyer.
3. Please make the items remain the original state. We only accept not damaged items.
