Q: Please let us know if your product does not arrive in your delivery time frame?
A: This situation never happened in our company till now, because we have professional managerial personnel to overview and control for every parts of production, and we usually have training to every staff.
Q: When my order will be shipped out? My tracking number is not working what should I do?
A: Usually we will ship out your orders in 1-3 workdays. If there's any delay, we will contact you in time for tracking once package have left from our warehouse, it will take 1-3 business days to process in the post system.
