Metal Grinding Disc For Granite Slab Grinding
The metal bond diamond disc is a kind of abrasive used on the disc-type automatic polishing machine or manual polishing machine. It weld the diamond segments to the iron disc base, which is mainly used for rough grinding of granite slabs. The specifications of metal discs are mainly 8 inches and 10 inches. The 10-inch metal discs are widely used, mainly because the large-scale grinding disc has a large contact area with the stone surface, and the polishing effect is better. Metal discs grit are classified into 50#, 200# and 400#. The smaller the particle size, the coarser the particle. It is installed at the front polishing heads of the polishing line. Grit from coarse to fine of metal discs arrange sequentially.
