Function Description

The system uses mechanical filter & active carbon as pre-filtration, which will effectively remove the suspend
substance, sand particle, organic colloid, organic colloid, organic compound, odor and odd Cl₂ etc; And a softener will be used to exchange the Ca or Mg hydronium from the water; Finally the RO membrane will act as pre-desalination filter, to remove large majority of dissolved salt, bacterium etc; and use ozone sterilization system and ozone fresh keeper to assure the water quality to reach our water requirement.

Working flow

STEP<1>. Sand Filter: Use quartz sand media with a diameter of 2-4mm to remove some big suspended solids like colloids, rust, mud, impurity etc.
STEP<2>. Carbon Filter: Active carbon can absorb some organism, dissolved air, odor & color matter etc.
STEP<3>. Softener: Use cation exchange resin to remove Calcium, Magnesium etc. to make soft water.
STEP<4>. Security Filter: Use 5 -20 micron sediment cartridge filter / bag filter, to remove the passed suspended solid from pre-treatment, so that to ensure the safety of the entrance of RO system.
STEP<5>. Reverse Osmosis: The nanometer RO membrane can intercept the inorganic salt, heavy metal ions, organic matter, colloid, bacteria, viruses and other impurities but H2O of the source water, so it can produce the pure water.

A:We will send one year enough easy broken spare parts together with the machines , shipping together. During the warranty time , we will supply the spare parts with our cost including the delivery fees.

A:According your machine order , our production department will send one or two engineers to your plant , it normally take 30days.

3.Q:How to install my machines when it arrives ? How much the cost ?

A: 1We will send our engineers to your factory to install the machines and train your staff how to operate the machines. 2The visa cost, local housing, food and transfer cost at customer factory paid by the customer. Installment USD60 day person as allowance. 3Training fee is free for customer's workers within the installation period.

4.Q: When can I get my machine after I paid

A:Normally production time is around 30days , the exactly depend on what kind of machine you order. The shipping time is based on your destination port.

Transaction terms: The above quotation is based on FOB terms.
Payment terms: 30% as prepayment, and balance paid before shipment.
Production time: 35 days since receipt of down payment.
Installation instruction: Video CD instruction movie and instruction book for installation and maintaining.
Engineer provides:On clients' requirement, our engineers can be sent to your factory for the installation and commissioning, but all traveling cost including return air tickets, accommodation etc and training fee (US$100.00 per person per day) in your country should be on your account. Our machines will be delivered to you in almost assembled condition.
Warranty:One year of guarantee from the date of delivery. If any parts have quality problem during the warranty period, we promise to send the relevant parts within 5 days to buyer by DHL or FEDEX courier.
