At present, the main products are paint brush, roller brush, paint tools.With stable quality products, the most competitive price, we export to
Europe, America and more than 36 countries. With an annual production capacity of 28 million, the company has strong technical force and advanced production line, which continuously provides more varieties and higher quality brushes for end-consumers and living applications.
The roller brush workshop introduced automatic frame bending machine, handle beating machine, several accessories producing plastic and injection molding machine for plastic trays, and a number of automatic roller bristles making integrated machines, which has Stable quality and efficient yield. We have multiple assembly line packaging equipment. In addition, Yunxiao Factory has a production workshop for drop sheet, efficiently cooperate with production of paint tool set.
Paint brush workshop introduced a number of automatic number control shell machines, bristle chemical fiber mixing machines, and automatic
wool loading machine, to ensure uniform weight and neat length-out. Yunxiao Factory has multiple lengthened multi-functional hair-combing machine. And we have a three-dimensional warehouse to store materials and finished products. There are many testing equipments in the laboratory. Each workshop has an independent Qc team to escort.
