The X6325D Economic Vertical Taiwan Turret Type Milling Machine, certified with CE, is designed for a wide range of machining processes including milling, boring, drilling, reaming, and tapping. This versatile machine features a milling head that can be installed on the arm, allowing rotation in both vertical and horizontal directions. The arm itself can move forward and backward and rotate 360° on the machine bed, significantly expanding the processing range beyond the table size.
With a high-speed milling head, this machine excels in operations involving small cutters. It is also equipped with various special tool accessories to accommodate different types of processing tasks. The robust construction and heavy-duty design ensure durability and reliability. The machine body is made of Meehanite cast iron, and the milling head, imported from Taiwan, is constructed from SCM-21.
Key features include a milling head that can swing 90° to the right and left and 45° front and back, a ram that can swing 180° horizontally, and a working table and guide rail that are heat-treated and precision ground. Optional features include a Digital Read Out (DRO) and a dividing head.
Technical specifications for the X6325D model include a table size of 1370x254 mm, long travel of 810 mm, cross travel of 400 mm, and vertical travel of 500 mm. The spindle hole taper is ISO40, with a spindle travel of 127 mm and a spindle speed that is steplessly variable from 65 to 4500 rpm. The machine also offers auto quill feed in three steps: 0.04, 0.08, and 0.15 mm/revolution.
Standard accessories include a plastic splashing guard, draw bar, oil collecting plate, tool & toolbox, reduction sleeve, work lamp, and cooling system.
