High-Performance Lab Water Jacket Thermostatic Incubator for Scientific Research

The Lab Water Jacket Thermostatic Incubator is an essential piece of equipment for tertiary institutions, agricultural research, biological studies, and various scientific departments. It is specifically designed for biological cultivation, bacterial storage, and other critical research applications.

This incubator features a stainless steel studio and utilizes a water jacket heating method, ensuring excellent temperature uniformity. Even after power loss, it maintains a constant temperature for an extended period. The double-door structure includes a glass door for easy observation of the contents.

Equipped with a microcomputer controller, the incubator offers timing functionality. It automatically triggers a light alarm if the temperature exceeds the set value or if the water jacket water level is too high or low. In cases of low water level, the heating system automatically stops to prevent damage.

For enhanced safety, the incubator includes an independent temperature limit alarm system. If the temperature surpasses the limit, the system automatically interrupts operation, ensuring the experiment's safety and preventing accidents.

Performance parameters are tested under no-load conditions with 50% RH ambient humidity and an ambient temperature of 20°C. Optional features include an independent temperature limit controller, an intelligent program temperature controller, an RS485 interface with communication software, and a printer.

Available models include the GHP-9050, GHP-9080, GHP-9160, and GHP-9270. These models feature water-jacketed heating with a temperature control range of RT+5°C to 65°C, a temperature resolution of 0.1°C, and a constant temperature fluctuation of ±0.5°C. They operate on a 220V 50Hz power supply with varying power ratings from 460W to 1360W.

The working environment temperature ranges from 5°C to 35°C. Inner chamber dimensions vary by model, starting from 350*350*410mm up to 600*600*750mm. External dimensions range from 510*500*700mm to 800*750*1050mm. Each model comes with either 2 or 3 shelves and a timer that can be set from 1 to 9999 minutes.
