Our nylon monofilament fishing nets are crafted from 100% PA6 nylon material, ensuring tight knots, high strength, softness, and a natural shine. These nets are designed to meet the diverse needs of fishing enthusiasts and professionals alike.
We offer a wide range of monofilament nets with thicknesses ranging from 0.125mm to 1.5mm, as well as multifilament nets from 210d/3ply to 210d/120ply. Our multi-mono nets are made from twine of 0.15mm*2, providing versatility for various fishing conditions.
Mesh sizes are available from 20mm to 800mm (full mesh), and the depth can be customized to meet customer requirements. The length of the nets is flexible, and they come in assorted colors or can be dyed according to specific preferences.
Our nets feature either Single Knot (S/K) or Double Knots (D/K) and are available with SSTB or DSTB selvage. The stretching method can be either LWSF or DWSF, ensuring the nets are both orderly and visually appealing.
With a minimum order quantity ranging from 400kg to 1000kg depending on the twine, we ensure timely delivery within approximately 25 to 45 days. Each net is packed in a PE bag inside a PP woven bag, with each bale weighing between 30-60kg.
Our production capabilities include 30 sets of netting machines, with nine dedicated to thicker types, two vacuum lateral machines, and two large longitudinal setting machines. Additionally, we have dyeing machines, reeling machines, and packing machines to ensure the highest quality standards.
