DIN3352 Resilient Seated Non-Rising Stem Wedge Flange Gate Valves are designed for durability and efficiency. These valves feature a robust construction with materials such as GGG40/50 for the body and bonnet, SS420/431 for the stem, and SS304 for bolts and nuts. The wedge is coated with EPDM for enhanced performance, and both internal and external surfaces are protected with an epoxy resin coating exceeding 300 microns in thickness.
Available in both rising stem and non-rising stem types, these valves can be configured with flange, socket, or groove ends. They are suitable for working pressures of PN10/16 and come in sizes ranging from 1" to 24". The design adheres to multiple standards including DIN F4/F5, BS5163, AS2638.2, AWWA, and GB.
Key components such as the disc, disc ring, body ring, and body are made from ductile iron, ensuring strength and reliability. The stem nut is crafted from CuZn39Pb1/C37000, and the stem itself is made from X20Cr13/SS420, providing excellent resistance to wear and corrosion. The valves are operated via a handwheel or stem cap, offering ease of use.
