5. What about the lead time? It varies by product. Handmade items may take longer. Generally, it takes 7-10 working days after design confirmation and remittance. Production is fully automated.
6. If balance before shipment, if you don't ship the goods after I paid, what should I do? The deposit establishes trust and cooperation intent. We provide production photos and tracking numbers upon shipment. You can use your forwarding agent or arrange shipment with your express account.
